This is a starter privacy notice for the website operated by Ali Mahdi Raya. It must be checked against the final domain, hosting arrangements, providers and retention practices before launch.
Enquiries
The enquiry form collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, email, company, website, country, business challenge and optional contact details. It is used to respond to your request and arrange a conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Delivery and retention
Form submissions are delivered by email to the configured recipient. The website does not create a separate enquiry database. Messages may remain in the recipient mailbox and its backups. The operator must define an appropriate retention period and mailbox access arrangements before launch.
Technical data and spam protection
The hosting provider may process technical access logs. For short-term spam control, the form uses a salted hash of the requesting IP address, stored for five minutes; it does not store the raw address in the form rate-limit record. WordPress uses a form security token.
Optional analytics and local storage
Analytics are disabled unless a measurement ID is configured. When enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you select Allow analytics. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it through Analytics preferences. If you reject analytics, the initial visit does not load Google Analytics. Hosting and WordPress may still use necessary technical storage.
